We create investor waterfalls, so GP's and LP's fully understand investment returns. Waterfalls have included Prefs, Return of Capital, GP Catch Ups, and IRR Hurdles. Our waterfalls produce monthly forecasted cash flows, IRR's, EM's, and Cash-on-Cash values for GP's and LP's.
Fund Modeling
Not only do we measure synidcation deals, but we also model assets for Funds AND the overall Fund model. Our Fund models include both American and European type Fund structures. Our Fund models produce monthly forecasted cash flows and fund-level returns metrics for GP's and LP's.
